Jim was an excellent help for me selling two homes in AZ in 2013. I am from out of town and was able to rely on Jim to handle the transaction from preparing the home for sale by working with local contractors to prepare it do to previous tenants leaving the property in poor condition. Jim went over the top to clean and take care of many of the items that saved me money and I would not hesitate to call him to sell my other property when the time comes.
